By accessing or using RideDetails, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
RideDetails provides tools to create a profile, list vehicles, share specifications and media, and browse public content. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice when practicable.
Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You may delete your account where the product allows it; some data may be retained as described in our Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Violate applicable law or others' rights, including intellectual property and privacy.
- Upload malware, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt the service or other users.
- Harass, threaten, or post unlawful, defamatory, or hateful content.
- Scrape or automate access beyond what we permit or what your client reasonably needs.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant RideDetails a non-exclusive license to host, store, reproduce, and display that content to operate and improve the service, including showing it to other users according to your settings and the product design.
Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not endorse user content and are not responsible for third-party links or services.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RideDetails and its suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for conduct that violates these terms or creates risk. You may stop using the service at any time.
Changes
We may update these terms. We will post the revised version and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance unless applicable law requires otherwise.
